Day 1: Manali to Jispa

• Arrive at Leh Airport (Altitude: 3,500 m / 11,500 ft)
• Transfer to hotel (within 3–5 km)
• Full day rest for acclimatization
• Optional light evening walk to Leh Market or nearby café
• Overnight Stay: Leh

Day 2: Jispa to Purne (via Shinkula Pass)

• Distance: 135 km
• Altitude: Manali – 2,050 m → Jispa – 3,200 m
• Drive Time: 5–6 hours
• Night Stay: Jispa (by the Bhaga River)
• Highlights: Atal Tunnel, Sissu, Keylong

Day 3: Purne to Padum

• Distance: 60 km
• Altitude: Padum – 3,650 m
• Drive Time: 3–4 hours
• Night Stay: Padum (guesthouse/hotel)
• Highlights: Optional hike to Phugtal Monastery

Day 4: Padum to Leh (via Lingshed–Lamayuru)
